Collecting personal information
If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, salon or company, location, Swiss postcode, product choice, quantities and message. Do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Checkout preview
Customer and delivery details entered in the checkout preview are used only within that page to demonstrate the steps. They are not sent to the business or saved by the website in a customer database. No card details are collected. Browser or device autofill may operate under your own browser settings.
Enquiries and order information
The current contact and order forms prepare a message in your email application. You must press Send in that application. The website does not submit the form contents to a separate enquiries database. Unsent form text remains in the page or your email application. Your email provider’s processing also applies.
Using personal information
We use received messages to reply, discuss suitability, prepare quotations, arrange agreed purchases and delivery, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. An enquiry is not consent to advertising emails. This preview has no newsletter signup or installed advertising analytics.
Device information, service providers and cookies
The business email uses Gmail, provided by Google. The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical connection information such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser details and security logs. The private preview may require ChatGPT sign-in, which is handled by the hosting platform; the website has no separate customer account database.
Hosting or sign-in services may use necessary cookies. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts have been added to the website’s own code. Provider contracts, processing countries and any required transfer safeguards must be confirmed in the final notice. This draft does not assert that data stays in Switzerland.
Sharing personal information
Access to enquiry messages should be limited to those handling the business. Where a purchase is agreed, only necessary delivery information should be shared with the chosen carrier. Carrier details will be confirmed when delivery is arranged. Stripe checkout is not currently enabled and the site does not collect card details. The policy will be updated before adding payment processing or advertising tracking.
Retention and security
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, agreed business relationship, legal obligations or a dispute. The final retention schedule is awaiting confirmation. We restrict access, use secure account access and seek to protect information against unauthorised access. Messages sent through ordinary email are not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where permitted. Requests are handled under applicable Swiss data protection law; retention duties and other lawful grounds may affect deletion. We may need proportionate identity confirmation. You may raise data protection concerns with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Advertising and automated decisions
The current website has no installed advertising pixels or automated decisions determining whether you may purchase. Our product-cost calculations do not profile you. This notice will be reviewed before adding advertising analytics, payment fraud checks or customer marketing. Email enquiries are not automatic subscriptions.
